How Your Wastewater System Works

We can have a certified PSMA inspector check the integrity of your septic system and evaluate every component of an on-lot wastewater treatment system. The components include treatment tanks, distribution systems, siphons, and pumps, and absorption areas * .  We also offer a Hydraulic Load Test. (As required by PA state law if a home has been vacant for more then 7 days)

*Locating and exposing the tank hatch and pumping the tank are extra and typically paid for by the Seller.
